DOUBLE GLAZING

  • 2 glass panes separated by an air or argon-filled gap;Aluminum separator profile (color 0, black, white) or Thermal Profile;
  • Air gap from 6mm to 27mm;
  • Higher acoustic and thermal insulation compared to single glass;
  • Possibility of being produced with solar control glass, thermal glass, or glass with both features;
  • Option to be produced with Acoustic Laminated Glass to enhance its performance;
  • Greater resistance to mechanical stress;
  • Ug-values below 1.0W/m2.K.

We manufacture double glazed glass with the following options:

  • Air gap(/chamber) recess;
  • Offset/stagger/outpitch;
  • Glazing with decorative profile in the interior;
  • Glass with perforations or recesses.

We provide:

  • Gluing of customer’s profile;
  • VEC bonding;
  • Double-glazed packaging in wooden crate.
